Working on May Insecurities

It’s a brand new month and it just happens to be one of my favorites. Recently I’ve been feeling unusually insecure for myself; picking apart all the pieces of my physical and emotional self that I feel are less than ideal. I would like to start a new monthly post. This is where I will list a few insecurities each month that I will be actively working on throughout the month. At the end of the month I’ll let you guys know how I’m doing.   1. My hair – I’ve been feeling so down about my hair and how dry and dead it’s been looking. I’m going to try to start getting regular trims and do a few coconut oil treatments on it.
  2. My mental state – sometimes I just get sad for literally no reason but at the same time random reasons are all floating around in my head for hours. I need to start journaling and writing down my feelings more. I would definitely like to start posting more because it makes me feel better getting an article out for you lovelies to read 🙂
