June Favorites

June came in pretty cold for New Englanders but it’s finally starting to feel nice and seasonal and with that I’m looking at my new and old favorites that I bring out during the calm, hot months of summer!

As some of you saw in my last article, I recently went to Old Navy and bought some nice signature items, my favorite being this striped pink tunic. I like it because it’s breathable, candy striped, and hugs me in the right places. Usually tunics are bulky and unflattering but this shirt really works for me!

Aveeno CC cream

This is a must have in the summer for me. It’s light enough for the hot summer days but tinted so it gives you a nice glow for coverage. Available at Target and Walmart.

Roller Lash from Benefit Cosmetics

This is my new favorite mascara for one reason only: curl power. I generally have flat lashes that do not curl without the help of a lash curler. This mascara curls and gives length to my lashes. A little expensive but well worth it.

Garneier Fructis Style Pure Clean Finishing Paste

After I cut my hair I needed a product to give my curls some life and put them into place. This paste is great for finishing my look, giving it a nice bouncy look for both going out and a nice daytime activity.

My new fave nail trend: light colors and an accent sparkle nail. Last month was OPI’s “See You In A Prosecco” and this month I went with Essie’s “Limo-scene” with a gold sparkle accent.

Threw in some “friendly” polaroids on the Instagram post for National Best Friends day – love you all! Thanks for reading xoxo – Twenty Clueless
